Evgeny Alexandrov moderated the LES Russia round-table discussion “IP Disputes 2025: Review of Key Cases and Their Impact on Practice.” Sergey Vasiliev participated in the session with a presentation entitled “Important Court Decisions on IP Enforcement.”
Alexey Kratyuk moderated the round-table discussion “Trademarks” and delivered a presentation entitled “The Use of Geographical Names and Toponyms as Means of Individualising Goods.”
Viktor Stankovsky participated in the business simulation “Court Hearing on the Cessation of Infringement of Utility Model Rights.”
