On 7 June 2013, the International Seminar “Licensing Agreements and Bankruptcy” was held in Moscow. The seminar, organised by the Russian Licensing Society (LES Russia), addressed a range of issues related to the role and place of intangible assets, in particular, the possibilities of using licensing agreements in bankruptcy proceedings, as well as M&A (mergers and acquisitions) and other issues.
The seminar speakers included:

E.B. Alexandrov, PhD in Law, Chief Lawyer, Patent Attorney (Gorodissky & Partners, Moscow)

More than 30 specialists from Russia, Ukraine, Belarus and Kazakhstan took part in the seminar.
