The LESI National Group organised a round-table discussion entitled “Franchising: Risks and Pitfalls.”
Alexander Lobanov of Legalmax (Uzbekistan) delivered a presentation entitled “Legal Aspects of Franchise Agreement Regulation in Uzbekistan.”
Margarita Divina of Melling, Voitishkin & Partners (Russia) presented “Franchising: Easy and Profitable—Legal Advice.”
Daria Dombrovskaya-Belyaeva of Belyaevs & Partners (Belarus) discussed the key aspects of franchising in Belarus.
