S.V. Vasiliev, PhD in Law and a member of LES Russia, took part in the session “Fast and Furious: Preliminary Injunctions in Patent Disputes” at the LES International Pan-European Conference, organised by the Hungarian Licensing Association (LES Hungary).
The Conference programme covered a wide range of key intellectual property issues, including the role of patent pools in standardisation, IP management within corporate groups, trade secrets and know-how licensing, IP tools for addressing global challenges, university technology transfer, artificial intelligence and the data economy, as well as intellectual property enforcement, including alternative dispute resolution mechanisms and the latest developments in European copyright law.
