LES Russia held a seminar in Moscow entitled “Forms, Mechanisms and Potential Applications of Compulsory Licensing.”
During the Seminar, leading Russian and international licensing experts, representatives of judicial and administrative authorities, non-profit and professional organizations, the business community, and the patent and legal profession shared their views on the legal, economic and ethical aspects of compulsory licensing in India, Brazil and South Africa. They also discussed the potential forms, mechanisms, applications and implications of compulsory licensing in Russia.
