Stanislav A. Rumyantsev, Ph.D. in Law, CIPP/E and Senior Lawyer at Gorodissky & Partners (Moscow), delivered a webinar entitled “New Fines for Personal Data Violations: How Can Businesses Survive?” The webinar was organised by the Russian Patent Attorneys Chamber with the support of the Licensing Executives Society Russia (LES Russia).

During the webinar, Stanislav Rumyantsev analysed the recent legislative changes and the associated legal risks for businesses and for data protection officers (DPOs) personally. He also provided practical recommendations on how to respond to the new requirements.
