Vitaliy Kastalsky, President; Alexey Vakhnin, Board Member; Sergey Dorofeev, Secretary; and Sergey Medvedev, Member of the Licensing Executives Society Russia (LES Russia), attended the LESI 2018 Annual Conference “Strong IP Drives the Bottom Line,” held at the Manchester Grand Hyatt in San Diego, USA.
During the Conference, Sergey Medvedev spoke at the workshop “How to Best Protect Your Trade Secrets: A Global Perspective and Assessment.” He outlined the key strategies for protecting know-how as an intellectual property asset and reviewed relevant Russian case law. The workshop attracted more than 80 participants and prompted a lively discussion among the audience.
The Conference brought together more than 400 licensing and technology-transfer professionals from around the world, including representatives from the United States, Canada, Europe, Russia, Japan and China.
