On 22–25 September 2013, S.A. Dorofeev, President of the Russian Licensing Society (LES Russia), S.V. Medvedev and S.V. Vasiliev, both members of LES Russia, took part in the LES USA/Canada Annual Conference in Philadelphia, which brought together around 1,000 participants.
S.A. Dorofeev also took part in the meeting of LES International Delegates, where, in addition to participating in the work of the Committees, he presented a report on the preparations for the LES International Conference to be held in Moscow in 2014 and gave a promotional presentation of the Conference.
