The Licensing Executives Society Russia (LES Russia) organised a session entitled “Current Challenges in Intellectual Property: Compulsory Licensing Practices and New Horizons in the Age of AI” as part of the AEPA 2025 International Conference of the Assembly of Eurasian Patent Attorneys, held in Yerevan.
Evgeny B. Alexandrov, Ph.D. in Law, President of LES Russia, Senior Partner and Head of the Legal, Trademark and Industrial Design Practices at Gorodissky & Partners (Moscow), moderated the round-table discussion “Compulsory Licensing in the Eurasian Region: Legal Aspects, International Experience and Prospects for Practical Application.” The speakers included S.V. Koroleva of Lexpatent (Belarus) and Viktor M. Stankovsky of Gorodissky & Partners.
