N.L. Rossomagina, Judge, Intellectual Property Court, on “Judicial Practice Related to the Conclusion, Performance and Termination of Licence Agreements”;
V.O. Kalyatin, PhD in Law, Chief Intellectual Property Counsel, RUSNANO Management Company LLC, on “Key Amendments to the Civil Code Related to the Disposal of Exclusive Rights”;
V.N. Kastalsky, PhD in Law, Managing Partner, Aparina, Kastalsky & Partners Patent and Law Group, on “Legal Positions of the Supreme Commercial Court of the Russian Federation and Agreements on the Disposal of Exclusive Rights”;
A.I. Savelyev, PhD in Law, Lawyer, IBM (Russia/CIS), on “Specific Features of Software Licensing”; and
M.Yu. Divina, Partner, Baker & McKenzie – CIS, Limited, on “Employee Intellectual Property Issues in the Context of Licensing”.
The seminar was extremely lively and interesting. The presentations sparked an active discussion.
